3D enclosures for electronic boards, from file to the part in your hand.
We design the enclosure around your PCB, print it with FDM technology — typical dimensional accuracy of ±0.20 mm per 100 mm — and deliver it with M2–M4 threaded inserts and hand finishing. Measurement with instruments with resolution up to 0.05 mm. Click here to view available filaments.

From PLA to technical filaments, for your project.
We print with FDM technology. In stock: PLA+, PLA and ASA — available immediately. The remaining filaments below are procured on order, depending on your operating environment: carbon-fibre or glass-fibre composites, polyamides, PET, PC/ABS, PPS.
Filaments that can be used for your project — in-stock ones are available immediately, the rest are procured on order.
From concept to the physical enclosure.
We design dedicated enclosures around your electronic board and print them in the material your operating environment demands.
CAD design around your board
We model the 3D enclosure directly around your electronic board: port cutouts, mounting points, ventilation openings and assembly tolerances. You receive the .STEP (editable) and .STL (production) files — always, in every package.
Measurement & 3D rebuild
No CAD file? We measure the physical board with instruments with resolution up to 0.05 mm and rebuild the geometry, including the real heights of connectors. The final FDM enclosure tolerance is typically ±0.20 mm per 100 mm.
FDM printing
FDM printing with typical dimensional accuracy of ±0.20 mm per 100 mm (measured on a 100 mm test cube with engineering filament ABS/ASA, out of the box) and clean side surfaces, with vertical artifacts (VFA) reduced versus generic FDM printers.
M2–M4 threaded inserts
Screws driven directly into plastic wear out mounting points under repeated assembly. That's why we install heat-set threaded inserts — M2, M2.5, M3 and M4, with screws in stock — as standard on every enclosure. Snap-fit only where the design explicitly calls for it.
Post-processing
After printing, edges are deburred by hand and the part is cleaned and checked before delivery — it arrives ready to assemble.
Confidentiality on request
On request, we sign an NDA and exclude the project from any public communication. Your files remain yours.
How we work.
Definition
Start from a .STEP file, a dimensioned sketch or the physical board. We agree on the right material for the operating environment and confirm the specifications. Reply within 24 working hours.
Design
We model the enclosure with port cutouts, threaded inserts at the mounting points and ventilation. You receive the .STEP and .STL files, with 1 design adjustment included.
Validation & delivery
For physical-board packages, we print a verification draft and test the assembly on the real board before the final part. Typical lead times: 5–10 working days (design) / 10–15 days (design + printing).
